Natalie Hasny has a wealth of market knowledge with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. A native Washingtonian who was raised in Bethesda, Natalie has worked in the real estate industry since graduating from the University of Maryland. She began her career in commercial real estate with the Trammell Crow Company, focusing on market research and marketing. Then Natalie transitioned to residential real estate in 2002, when she began new homes sales in Miami, Florida.
Returning to DC, Natalie has served as Director of Sales for Capital Residential Properties since 2004. In this position, she has managed and executed the sales of more than 1,800 residential transactions totaling nearly $700M. As a licensed Associate Broker in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, Natalie is well-versed in the operations of the real estate market. Her years in the service industry have provided her a great understanding of the intricacies of deal making and the mechanics of relationship building. Natalie’s extensive network of contacts in the real estate profession and its related service areas enable her to bring clients the highest level of comprehensive real estate services.
