Natalie Hasny has spent over 25 years guiding families through some of real estate's most consequential moments - estate transitions, major life changes, and the quiet decision to move on from a home that has defined decades of their lives. Her practice spans the full spectrum of real estate - luxury residential sales, discreet off-market transactions, new construction, developer and land acquisitions, multifamily, and select commercial deals.

 

Many of the transactions she handles are ones most residential agents have never encountered: complex estate situations, development opportunities, and deals that require navigating multiple parties, competing interests, and unconventional structures. That kind of complexity is where she adds the most value.

 

Natalie comes from a multilingual and multicultural background and works regularly with international clients and families navigating transactions across cultures and languages. That range of fluency shapes how she communicates, how she builds trust, and how she understands what clients actually need, not just what they say they want.

 

Based in Northwest Washington, DC, and raised in Bethesda, Natalie is ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide, has been consistently named a Top Realtor in Washington by the Washingtonian, and has completed more than 1,800 transactions totaling nearly $750M in sales. She is licensed as an Associate Broker in MD, DC, and VA, holds the GRI designation, is fluent in French and Spanish, speaks basic Polish and German, and Italian is in progress.
