Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, Valerie brings strong local insight and a detail-driven approach to every transaction. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Towson University and began her career in real estate and property management in 2012, where she quickly developed a deep interest in the operational side of the industry.
After earning her Maryland real estate license in 2014, Valerie expanded her licensure to include Virginia and the District of Columbia. She currently serves as a Contract Manager for the Capital Residential Team, overseeing each step of the transaction process from contract to closing. In this role, Valerie is known for her precision, organization, and commitment to ensuring clients feel informed, protected, and supported at every stage.
Valerie is licensed in MD, DC, and VA. She is a DSAC Member and has received multiple industry recognitions, including Baltimore Real Producer and Chesapeake Real Producer.
