About Kayla Napper

Kayla brings more than five years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background spanning contract management, listing coordination, leasing, and client service. Originally from Haymarket, Virginia, she is a lifelong Virginian and currently resides in Alexandria, where she has developed a strong appreciation for the character and diversity of the Washington metropolitan area. Kayla earned a B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Business from West Virginia University, bringing both strong communication skills and a highly organized, client-focused approach to her work.

Kayla serves as a Contract Manager and Listing Coordinator for the Capital Residential Team, where she supports agents and clients through every stage of the transaction process. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to stay ahead of timelines, she plays a key role in keeping transactions organized and moving efficiently from listing launch through closing. Her calm, proactive approach and behind-the-scenes coordination help create a smooth and well-managed experience for both agents and clients alike.
