About Joseph Anastasi

Joseph Anastasi is a senior member of the Capital Residential team. Having grown up helping manage properties for his family’s business, he always knew he would end up in real estate. After graduating from Marymount University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Joseph started his career with the Murillo/Malnati Group where he rotated through various roles in the company. After working on projects with Natalie, Joseph transitioned into real estate sales and has been working with Capital Residential ever since.

 

Joseph has a unique insight into the area markets. Having lived in Montgomery County, Arlington, DC, and the Eastern Shore, Joseph has a comprehensive understanding of all the area has to offer. Joseph has been exposed to a large array of transactions in his newly minted career—from residential to multifamily sales, investment properties, and everything in between, he is ready to help with your real estate needs.
