About Frankie Horner

Frankie Horner joins the Capital Residential team as a Real Estate Associate, bringing a strong analytical foundation in real estate valuation, financial analysis, and negotiation. A graduate of the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate, Frankie developed his expertise as a Property Tax Appeal Officer at Missouri Assessment Services, where he managed more than 1,000 residential cases and achieved an 85% success rate negotiating tax reductions with county officials, resulting in meaningful financial savings for homeowners.

His background combines rigorous financial analysis - including pro forma modeling, comparable sales evaluation, and investment due diligence, with direct client advocacy. That combination of quantitative skill and hands-on client work translates naturally into the full-service, relationship-driven approach of the Capital Residential team.

Frankie completed a summer business program at the University of Bergamo in Italy, where he studied Italian language and European business practices.

He is currently pursuing his real estate licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
